Terms of Service for Mass Market Supplies Inc. (MMS Inc.)

These Terms and Conditions of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding contract between Mass Market Supplies Inc. (MMS Inc.) 03. Orders and Payment

Placing Orders: To purchase products through the Service, you must place an order on the Site. You will be able to review the details of your order, including the products, quantities, prices, and applicable shipping fees, before confirming your purchase. Pricing:

• Prices for products are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for orders shipped within Canada and in United States Dollars (USD) for orders shipped to the U.S.
• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes (such as GST/HST in Canada), and shipping costs will be calculated based on your location.

Taxes:

• A 13% GST/HST will be added to orders shipped to addresses within Canada.
• Sales tax or equivalent charges may apply for shipments outside Canada depending on your jurisdiction.

Payment Methods:

• We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, for payments through the Service.
• You authorize MMS Inc. or our third-party payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order.

Currency:

• All payments for orders shipped to Canada are processed in CAD.
• All payments for orders shipped to the U.S. are processed in USD.

04. Risk of Loss

Title and Risk: The title to, and risk of loss for, products purchased through the Service passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier (e.g., shipping company).

• If the product is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue under our Returns Policy.
• MMS Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged goods once they have been delivered to the carrier.

05. Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, MMS Inc. offers a return process subject to the following:

• Returns Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Condition of Products: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply to returned items in certain cases, as specified in our Returns Policy.
