Asphalt services
- Residential driveways: New driveways and full replacements, with the old surface removed, the base prepared and graded for drainage, then fresh asphalt laid and compacted.
- Parking lots and commercial: Paving for plazas, offices, industrial yards and multi-unit properties, planned around your hours to keep access open where possible.
- Repairs and patching: Potholes, cracked sections and sunken areas cut out and patched so the surface is safe and level again.
- Resurfacing and overlays: A new layer of asphalt over a sound existing base when full replacement is not needed.
- Sealcoating: A protective seal that shields the surface from water, sun and salt and restores a deep black finish.
- Line painting: Parking stalls, arrows, fire routes and accessible spaces, laid out clearly for new and existing lots.
- Excavation and base preparation: Digging out the old surface, then building up and grading a compacted stone base so the new asphalt drains and holds.
- Interlocking and paving stones: Interlocking stone driveways, walkways and patios, installed over a prepared and compacted base.
- Concrete curbs and walkways: Poured concrete curbs, sidewalks, pads and steps that match or complete your paved area.
- Crack sealing: Cracks cleaned and filled to keep water out of the base and slow further damage, often before sealcoating.
- Catch basin and drainage repair: Repair and adjustment of catch basins, grates and drainage around paved areas, so water leaves the surface.
- Asphalt pathways and private roads: Paving for walking paths, laneways, private roads and access routes on residential and commercial properties.
- Speed bumps and traffic control: Speed bumps, wheel stops and related fixtures to slow vehicles and organise parking.
- Infrared asphalt repair: Heating and blending damaged asphalt in place to repair seams, small areas and patches without cutting out the whole section.

Asphalt paving questions
- How much does asphalt paving cost?
- It depends on the size of the area, the condition of the existing base, how much excavation is needed, drainage and access. We give a no-obligation quote after looking at the site. Call (416) 736 0447 for pricing.
- How long does a driveway take?
- Many residential driveways are paved in a day once the old surface is removed and the base is ready. Larger or more complex jobs take longer; we confirm the schedule in your quote.
- When can I drive on new asphalt?
- As a general guide, wait at least a few days before driving on it, longer in hot weather, and avoid sharp turns and heavy vehicles for the first weeks while it hardens. We give you specific advice for your job.
- When should new asphalt be sealcoated?
- New asphalt usually needs time to cure first, often several months, before the first sealcoat. After that, resealing every few years helps protect it. We can advise on the right timing for your surface.
- When is paving season in Ontario?
- Paving is typically done from spring to fall, when temperatures are warm enough for the asphalt to be laid and compacted properly. Booking early in the season gives you more choice of dates.
- Do you work outside North York?
- Yes. We work across North York and the surrounding areas, including Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Thornhill, Scarborough and Etobicoke.
- Do you prepare the base before paving?
- Yes. Preparing the base is part of the job: removing the old surface where needed, then grading and compacting for drainage. We list what is included in the written quote.
- Can you install interlocking stone as well as asphalt?
- Yes. We install interlocking stone for driveways, walkways and patios. Call (416) 736 0447 to discuss which suits your property.
