How much does a renovation or build cost?

Do I need a building permit?

Many structural changes, additions and basement projects need a permit from the City. We can tell you what is likely required and coordinate it as part of the project where needed.

How long will my project take?

Timing depends on scope, permits, material lead times and weather. We give an expected schedule with the quote and update you if anything changes.

Can I stay in the house during a renovation?

Often yes, especially for work in one part of the house. We will tell you what to expect for dust, noise and access before work starts.

Do you work on commercial spaces?

Yes. We do fit-outs and renovations for offices, shops and other commercial properties, planned around your hours where possible.

Can you help with design and materials?

We can help you work through layout and material choices, and our interior design service can help with concepts, colours and lighting.
